Return Policy

  1. We offer a 7-day return policy.
  2. Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
  3. Change of mind is not applicable for returns.

Exchange Policy

  1. Refunds are not offered under any condition.
  2. Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  3. Change of mind is not applicable for exchanges.
  4. For exchanges, the customer must pay the delivery charges.

Requirements for Return or Exchange

  1. A parcel opening video is mandatory. Without it, no claim will be entertained.
  2. The return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

Verification and Resolution

  1. All claims will be verified within 3–4 working days after receiving your request.
  2. Once verified, a replacement parcel will be dispatched promptly in case of exchange.
  3. For returns, your payment will be settled according to our support team’s instructions (refund method will be communicated directly).
