Return Policy
- We offer a 7-day return policy.
- Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item.
- Change of mind is not applicable for returns.

Exchange Policy
- Refunds are not offered under any condition.
- Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
- Change of mind is not applicable for exchanges.
- For exchanges, the customer must pay the delivery charges.
Requirements for Return or Exchange
- A parcel opening video is mandatory. Without it, no claim will be entertained.
- The return or exchange request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
Verification and Resolution
- All claims will be verified within 3–4 working days after receiving your request.
- Once verified, a replacement parcel will be dispatched promptly in case of exchange.
- For returns, your payment will be settled according to our support team’s instructions (refund method will be communicated directly).
